The One Simple Question to Ask Yourself to Eliminate Technology Distractions
Some of you may be too young to remember, but back in the good ole’ days, I remember having dumb phones not connected to the internet — all the phones could do was a call, text, and a few other basic functions. Nowadays, smartphones seem to do everything — book hotels, order meals, trip planning, call, text, run businesses, control smart home devices, turn into entertainment, and more.
It’s no wonder the average use of the smartphone is 3 hours and 15 minutes!
I even remember the first time I tracked my smartphone usage. Checking my email here. Going to the internet to check a random Wikipedia article there. And all of that added up to four hours! Where did I have four hours to spend on my smartphone?!
