The Lesser-Known Benefits of Writing Every Day

How writing helps me solve problems, make connections, get dates, and find work

When I started writing, I had no idea where it would lead me. I knew somewhere deep inside that writing was a good skill to develop. Perhaps, the skill, to develop.

Over several years of writing, I came to realize what an incredible skill it is. I am sure you know the many benefits of writing. Here are a few of the more well-known ones:

  • Mental clarity (journaling)
  • Getting your monkey mind out of your head (Tim Ferriss)
  • Helps you be disciplined
  • Is a skill you can learn and develop, and can immediately add value to any project you work on
  • Vital for communications
  • Can generate passive income for you

But what I want to cover in this brief article are a few lesser-known benefits of writing I have found from writing.
